| I thought you might like looking at this little vid I snapped here in Bulgaria. I'm in Borovets, Bulgaria. It's a ski area not far from Sofia. I've been here for a couple of days and it just so happened that I got here just before the start of the European Championship Rally Race. I'm not really a motor sports person, but I couldn't pass up the chance to see these machines run it out. Here is the site: rallybulgaria.com I got some service park shots and some shakedown shots. These shakedown runs are just practice runs to make sure the cars are performing. I can only imagine what they will be doing in a real stage race. These cars look like so much fun to drive. If only!! I'll go to the car presentation tonight and then to Stage I in the morning. That should be pretty incredible. One of the organizers suggested a turn. I was there the other day, unknowingly, and remember the corner quite well. I is a long sweeper....perfect for a long drift. Neato burrito!! |
